Even if something really goes wrong, you can talk to me at any time. This is a goodwill gesture on my part. I only sell stone from Switzerland. I found the same stones, or they come from spotlights that I have complete trust in. Wood art: The objects are made by me. If the objects are too large to be sent by post, they can be picked up or delivered for an additional charge. This runs with agreement between seller and buyer. Postal shipping / risk: After I hand over the package to the post office, the risk of damage to the contents or loss of the shipment passes to the recipient! Little Art generally has no liability for postal shipments! Postal delivery in Switzerland normally takes around 2-4 days on average.

Parcel post insured: If the shipment is lost, the parcel is insured at the post office according to the insurance amount.
